Use the cursor keys to scroll through the fields in the window. When the selection bar is located on the correct data field, press Enter to insert that label in the data file half of the field matching area. Above the first field label, you'll see a label called "(new field)." If you add a new field to your FILE structure and then match up that field with "New field," any data in that field will be erased. You can also use "New field" to erase all of the data in a particular field.
